You can get help today ...

Our Helpline Advisors are available from 9am to 9pm, Monday to Friday, (9.00am till 7.00pm Monday to Friday as from 13th March) offering a non-judgemental, supportive and professional service.

We listen to understand our callers struggles and then advise on services or refer directly into treatment with Telephone Counselling Service or partner agencies. Sometimes, just talking about thoughts and feelings, can be enough to make a change or to feel better.

Our BACP Registered Counsellors help people to learn about themselves, use their own knowledge and skills to create a healthy way of living and learn new ones along the way.
